We are hiring highly motivated 2024 chemical, mechanical, and industrial engineering grads for the:

Cincinnati, OH - Chicago, IL - East Hanover, NJ areas

Your Future Position?

Givaudan Flavors Corporation, the world's leading developer and manufacturer of flavors and fragrances, serves customers around the world with innovative products through a sales and marketing presence in all major mature and developing markets. Finding and developing today's best college graduates, who will one day become the future leaders of our company, is the primary goal of ourOperations Leadership Program (OLP).

OLP Associates will participate in an18 - 24 monthprogram that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities. This program is ideal for graduates with an interest in leveraging core technical and problem solving skills into a leadership role in apeople-oriented production environment. We have positions available in the Cincinnati, OH, Florence, KY, Chicago, IL, Lakeland, FL and East Hanover, NJ areas; however, successful candidates must be open to relocation during the program and upon graduation, as some rotations will take place at other Givaudan locations.

*Operations Rotations (10-12 months):OLP Associateswill be assigned multiple rotations to provide them with a strong understanding of all areas critical to the Operations function. During each rotation, the associate will be assigned a "Departmental Sponsor/Learning Leader" to oversee the associate's time, work and training in that area. Rotational opportunities may include:Production, Quality Control, Warehouse/Distribution, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Regional Engineering and Quality/Industrialization

*Cross Functional Opportunities (9 months):Is focused on developing basic cross functional exposure to other key areas within the business, outside of the manufacturing/production area. The cross functional opportunities may include:Safety, Operational Accounting, HR, Flavor Creation, Science & Technology, Sales, Customer Care, Regulatory, Regional Supply Chain and Samples

*Project Management:Associates will be given projects to either manage or participate in throughout the program

*Leadership Development:Involves the transition of the associate into a leadership role within Givaudan. Associates will begin developing advanced people leadership skills and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all efforts related to the tactical day-to-day operation of the department

*International Rotation (~1 month):Is a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the global community that is Givaudan.

Your education/experience profile includes:



  • Bachelor's Degree within Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience highly preferred
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred
  • Must be willing to relocate for assignments located at other Givaudan sites
  • Must be willing to complete an international rotational assignment
  • Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience
