The Product Manager - Dockers will be a key member of the Dockers digital team, overseeing the product roadmap for our Dockers.com sites and all operations related to owned ecommerce and Dockers' digital capabilities for US and Europe. This position will also lead DTC omnichannel initiatives across regions. Working together with 3rd party providers as well as internal LS&Co. teams will be key to delivering continuous improvement of the end to end consumer experience across our digital channels and omnichannel. This person will Act as voice of the customer to lead the evolution of world-class digital experiences via the ecommerce website, mobile app, and in store and event platforms. Launch new features and functionality to drive innovation and ensure timely identification and resolution of customer service and site operational issues. Our ideal candidate will be ready to set high-level strategy and get their hands dirty in its execution. Cross-functional collaboration skills are key, as we often partner with designers, engineers, and senior stakeholders across our team.

About the Job

  • Establish and drive the 3-year product vision and Objectives & Key Results for the Dockers business (ecommerce, DTC, Omnichannel and digital capabilities for wholesale organization

  • Manage new product development and roadmap from planning to implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead prioritization of backlog and discovery for eCommerce key features to ensure best in class customer journey. Proactively identify gaps in the current eCommerce product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.

  • Define and manage the product roadmap and release plan for those focus areas and manage expectations with all relevant stakeholders, including leadership team. Develop supporting business case, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations.

  • Alignment with corporate strategies through strong business and technical thought leadership.

  • Deliver key results on improved customer experience that will drive increase in conversion, decrease in friction, reduce transaction lead-time, and increase customer satisfaction on our platform.

  • Analyze site metrics/customer journeys and develop hypotheses for optimization based on business goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and objectives. Navigate through ambiguity using consumer data, internal data, external benchmarks, and business objectives as guides.

  • Work closely with eCommerce operational teams to develop and enhance workflow processes and maximize the potential of existing product capabilities.

  • Monitor the competitive landscape by examining strategies of best-in-class eCommerce retailers; identifying emerging online trends and recommend changes based on customer and competitor insights.

  • Convey product requirements by creating effective user stories, functional requirements, wireframes, and/or mockups.

  • Develop reports that provide an overview of product performance and post-launch results and develop success metrics.

About You

  • BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role delivering consumer-facing digital/eCommerce experiences.

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms especially Shopify.

  • Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions to specifications.

  • Ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into product requirements.

  • Strong focus on metrics and KPIs and highly skilled in various quantitative and qualitative tools to identify product opportunities and validate ideas.

  • Understanding of A/B testing design and execution

  • Analytical and creative thinker with great attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate a clear product vision to both business and technical stakeholders across the company.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to change direction and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to connect with and influence people across cultures and business units.

    he expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600 to $146,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
