Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead Architect with over 10 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions across various domains. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies, coupled with proven track record of leading successful AI initiatives in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven solutions, leveraging cutting edge technologies and methodologies to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, to define AI strategy, roadmap and requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes, data ecosystems, and technology landscapes to identify AI opportunities and develop implementation plans.
  • Design scalable, robust, and maintainable AI systems and architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, data scientists and engineers, and promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in AI, machine learning, and related fields, and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI capabilities, processes and methodologies, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the organization.
  • Advise business leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI.
  • Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership.
  • Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and implementing AI solutions, with strong focus on machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying AI models and algorithms in production environments, using frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Spark ML.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and containerization of technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices, even-driven architecture, and distributed computing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities with track record of translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and innovative AI solutions.
  • Advanced certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields (e.g. AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer).
  • Experience in designing AI-powered products or platforms in industries such as finance, e-commerce, healthcare or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of advanced AI techniques, such as reinforcement learning, generative adversarial networks (GANs), or federated learning.

Education:

Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
