Job Title: IT Operations Manager Location: Nashville, TN Salary: Up to $85,000 per year Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support coupled with demonstrated leadership abilities in managing IT professionals. This role requires proficiency in overseeing operations in multi-location and multi-state environments, as well as familiarity with various office and reporting applications. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and infrastructure across multiple locations. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to meet business objectives. Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments, providing technical expertise, guidance, and support as needed. Manage IT projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints. Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT operations management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on managing IT operations in multi-location and multi-state environments. Proven experience in leading and mentoring IT professionals, either through project management or as a team lead. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in office and reporting applications such as Office Suite, Visio, SSMS, and associated tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
