With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a safety minded Equipment Operator to join our team to effectively operate a blade and other heavy equipment alongside a gravel crew. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based upon experience and skillset. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires starting on or before June 1st, 2024. Qualified candidates will have: High school diploma or GED. History of operating heavy equipment. Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability. CDL Class B - Air Brake Endorsement Preferred.
