What to Expect?

The Production Administrator Coordinator is responsible for personnel tracking through managing the attendance matrix, reconciliation of month end allocation numbers, managing weekly invoices of casual labor staffing, daily upkeep on production reports and spreadsheets. The Production Coordinator is also responsible for managing the main entrance gate and front door and coordinating appointments with visitors.

On a daily basis our Production Administrator Coordinator:

  • Managing the main entrance gate and front door to the facility.

  • Coordinating appointments through management for any on-site visitors, or customer base.

  • Managing weekly invoices for casual labor through temporary companies to ensure weekly hours are lined up accordingly.

  • Oversees the time clock for all temporary personnel and correct all discrepancies.

  • Reconciliation of month end allocation numbers and tracking of any labor hours needed to be tracked through special project tasks.

  • Report month end and special project labor hours to the accounting department.

  • Track all associate attendance occurrences per the Suncoast attendance policy, document excused and un-excused absences and notify Supervisors of violations of the policy.

  • Responsible for ordering of office supplies needed throughout the plant facility.

  • Work with safety departments and other support areas on weekly documentation needed.

  • Coordinate any associate events, or plant gatherings.

  • Perform any other duties, as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • High school graduate or GED preferred.

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment required with exposure to chemical industry a plus.

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to work with a variety of departments in an efficient and professional manner, as well as the ability to multi-task required.

  • Proficiency in industrial and business mathematical computations essential as well as computer skills to include familiarity with a J.D. Edwards AS400 or similar materials platform and literacy in MS Office Suite

  • Must be able to read and write English. Bilingual in Spanish desired, but not required.
