Electric Engineering is responsible for PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Position Summary This position is represented by Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC) subject to collective bargaining. This is the entry-level position for engineering technical work. Work performed at this level will be assigned as required to prepare the employee for advancement to Engineering Technician II. Work schedule:9/80 Schedule. Monday-Friday 6:00a-3:30p. Every other Friday off. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the timeofthe job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to anindividualwill be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses orcertifications,experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreement, and internalequity. Under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement, the hourly rate range for this position is $42.00 to $54.88,subject to collectively bargained wage increases. Job Responsibilities
