The Client Services Specialist - Technology Support will deliver excellence in customer service to agents, insureds, claimants and others business partners for support of our digital products. Provide customers support for company products including assistance in accessing and navigating the website applications and software programs, online access set up, and troubleshooting all products. This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha NE, and be hybrid after a 12 week training period. Hours for this role will range between 7am to 7pm CT. What will you do?
