We are looking to hire a team leader looking for a position within our transportation team!

You Will:

* Assists with the building of staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all department needs.

* Maintains records of attendance and ensure staff are up-to-date on all required training, review time off requests and approvals and act as editor to MSK Time.

* Maintains all spreadsheets in a neat, organized manner as appropriate including vehicle maintenance work orders

* Analyzes, organizes, and prioritizes calls and data for physicians, technicians, administrators, and manager to ensure availability for use in tracking, trouble shooting and problem solving.

* Maintains all spreadsheets in a neat, organized manner as appropriate including vehicle maintenance work orders

* Run regular reports based on applicable data. Generate and send reports as requested.

* Conduct department trainings as required.

You Need:

* Experience working as a team leader

* Driver's License, Class D (Driver's License is preferred)

* Proficiency in Microsof Excel and other applications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* CDL Class C or higher w/Passenger Endorsement preferred.

Work Schedule: Full-Time hours: Various shifts and open flexibility. M-F

Pay Range: $27.80-$43.08
