The SPH division of Health Policy & Management seeks a full-time Research Dissemination Coordinator (Research Professional 1 (8352P1) to join the State Health Access Data Assistance Center (SHADAC) team of dedicated and highly regarded faculty, research experts, and staff. This position will work as part of a collaborative research team and is aimed at individuals with skills in displaying data in a visual way who are interested in learning about health policy research and the data that support this policy. Starting pay is dependent upon the selected candidate's relevant qualifications, experience and internal equity: $47,000-$55,000 annually. This position will have a hybrid work option with a minimum of 2 days on campus. TRAINING AND LEARNING: Under the supervision of a SHADAC Senior Research Fellow, this position is primarily responsible for implementing set work plans and completing assigned tasks as determined by senior staff. The individual in this position will be given opportunities for both internal and external training and learning. The responsibilities and duties of the position are designed to grow with the advancement of the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the person in the role. Qualifications

SHADAC is a multidisciplinary health policy research center located at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health with a focus on state health policy. SHADAC is nationally recognized for its survey research, its work on measuring and monitoring health insurance coverage, and its translation of research to inform state and national health policy.
