What to Expect?

This position reports directly to the Director of Store Support and is responsible for new store design, visual presentation, and merchandising. This role manages all store buildout, renovation, and relocation jobs to completion. Additional training and sales support may be needed to assist the store support and ancillary teams.

On a daily basis our Field Support Specialist:

  • New store buildout, merchandising and initial inventory orders

  • Planning and execution of store relocations, expansions and remodels

  • Communication with franchisees and project coordination

  • Manage fixtures and supply inventory in tandem with purchasing

  • May train and support new franchisees throughout ramp-up period

  • Test and implement new or improved operational initiatives

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3-5 years sales experience, working in a retail environment experience preferred

  • Excellent time management, project coordination, interpersonal and conflict management skills

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel, up to 50%-75%

  • May be required to lift 50 lbs. and use light power tools

  • Experience in Merchandising or Construction preferred
