Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for exempt and non-exempt positions throughout the US and Internationally. You will partner with technology trailblazers, serial entrepreneurs, and business experts, whose vision is to revolutionize chemical and biochemical analysis. The Talent Acquisition Partner knows how to coach, listen, and build long term relationships as a trusted partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide hiring leaders and business units with exceptional service, strategic sourcing and full cycle recruiting support, from job description creation through new employee onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and work collaboratively with hiring leaders and business units to fully understand talent needs and facilitate a strong pool of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads.
  • Leverage internal and external recruiting resources to identify and source passive and active candidates.
  • Create a compelling candidate experience throughout the interview process, including timely follow-up and follow through.
  • In partnership with the recruiting coordinator, manage all interview logistics to ensure a smooth process for candidates and internal interview teams.
  • Perform detailed reference checks on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
  • Manage and maintain candidate records within the ATS (Greenhouse Recruiting) to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Expand use of features and functionality within Greenhouse Recruiting to improve hiring manager, interview teams and candidate experience. Identify additional opportunity to enhance Greenhouse Recruiting
  • Identify opportunities to improve TA processes and procedures and creative solutions.
  • Stay informed on current trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive across tight talent pools.


Skills & Qualifications



  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral),
  • Excellent project and time management skills, able to organize and prioritize projects and competing priorities required.
  • Highly detailed oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills
  • Dynamic recruiting range across a wide variety of positions and levels in the US and outside of the US strongly preferred.
  • Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite of applications, and document sharing programs.
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in sourcing passive candidates using external and internal resources, as well as managing/maintaining active applicants in the ATS.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing situations.


Education & Experience



  • 3 years' experience in full lifecycle recruitment and aggressive direct sourcing.
  • Corporate/in-house recruiting experience required.
  • Prior experience providing exceptional recruiting and sourcing support in a hybrid and/or remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline required.
  • Previous experience recruiting for positions located within the US and outside of the US strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting preferred.
  • Previous experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions within life science, medical device, forensics, or similar, required.
