Bellagio O Theater is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Usher to enhance our guests' experience. We need someone who is reliable, welcoming, and dedicated to providing the highest-level of customer service. Attention to detail is crucial as you'll assist guests, provide show information, and ensure smooth operations. Join us in creating unforgettable moments at Bellagio O Theater!

THE JOB:

It is the primary purpose of the Usher to greet and engage with guests before, during and after the show, direct guests to their seating location and monitor each seating section to ensure our guests have an excellent experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with property and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.02

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet and interact with guests, displaying SHOW Service at all times.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Create a WOW experience for the guests.

  • Work under guidance and follow Supervisor's direction and needs.

  • Show guests to seats and attend to their needs.

  • Adhere to the policies, practices and procedures of the property and department.

  • Watch stations throughout the show to monitor guest behaviors including picture taking, camcorders and disrupting of the show.

  • Handle guest complaints as needed and escalate to management if necessary.

  • Be knowledgeable of showroom layout and show times.

  • Monitor door and guest entry and exit.

  • Monitor specific seating areas (VIP, General Admission, etc.) and direct guests to their area based on their purchased ticket.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Prior experience in a similar customer service role.

  • Committed to delivering unparalleled customer service to our guests.

  • Possesses a charismatic and engaging demeanor.

  • Demonstrates reliability, dependability, and a steadfast commitment to meticulously managing all responsibilities.

  • Is detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

  • Able to work afternoons/evenings and various hours as needed per the weekly show schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.

SHOW DETAILS:

Cirque du Soleil weaves an aquatic tapestry of artistry, surrealism and theatrical romance in the timeless production, "O". The international cast of world-class acrobats, artistic swimmers, divers and characters perform in, on and above water to create a breathtaking experience in a magnificent theatre reminiscent of a European opera house.

"O" by Cirque du Soleil takes place Wednesday through Sunday typically at 7pm and 930pm. This schedule is subject to change and shifts may be before or after the show as needed for opening and closing procedures.
