As a Program Integrator, you'll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical,technical, and domain expertise to work alongside thought leaders on projects for national security. You'll use your skills and expertise as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the mission

Work with us to help solve the complex systems,policies, or instrumentation related to threats and deliver capability to the warfighter.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in Space Operations Command or Space Systems Command, including acquisitions or space vehicle operations

  • Experience with leading and mentoring geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams of multiple levels

  • Experience with managing programmatic or contractual baselines

  • Experience with the achievement of key DoD acquisition milestones and acquisition decision events

  • Experience with personnel and conflict management with individuals, within teams, and across teams

  • Experience with crafting or briefing strategic communications

  • Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments

  • Ability to interface with internal and external clients, including high-profile senior leaders

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with DoD acquisition system, life cycle planning, or logistics and sustainment

  • 5+ years of experience in space vehicle operations

  • Experience as acquisition support to senior leaders in program and project life cycle management

  • Experience working within the GPS Enterprise

  • Experience in facilities and contracts management

  • Experience as a Senior Material Lead (SML), Material Lead (ML), Product Support Manager (PSM), or served as a deputy SML, ML, or PSM

  • Master's degree

  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
