Contract Billing Administrator II



  • $19.05/per hour to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you'll do



  • Coordinate involved parties to ensure invoicing and contractual obligations are met in a timely fashion. Resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Audit meter reads and billing service levels requirements for assigned account base. Ensure billing accuracy by reducing billing estimates, pending contracts, and manual reads using SLAs and KPIs.
  • Audit monthly pre bill reports and resolve discrepancies. Handle evaluation of rebill adjustments, cancellations, renewals and misc. administration. Monitor all billing modifications.
  • Analyze billing & renewal reports and compare to contract terms and conditions to evaluate and assist with price increases or auto escalation accuracy if applicable.
  • Develop and monitor performance reporting to resolve issues with cross-functional Toshiba teams. May provide quotes from time to time if required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years in a combination of the following areas: contract administration/support, billing/invoicing, customer service and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with data monitoring, service level agreements, invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Communicate with customers and Toshiba team members.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate.
