We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager for Ethics/EEO Investigations & Regulatory Support. The Senior manager reports directly to the Director of Audit & Ethics. As the Senior Manager for Ethics/EEO Investigations & Regulatory Support, you will: Oversee and manage members of the workforce within the group. Provide personnel supervision to ensure professional development, deliverables are met timely and comply with all regulations and laws, and that programs focus on continuous improvement. Serve as the deputy to the Director as needed. Provide direct guidance and support on both Ethics/EEO Advisory and Investigations Services (EAIS) program and the Safety and Security Regulatory Support Program (SSRSP), both of which require a level of independence and objectivity that the position will ensure is maintained. Responsible for assuring both programs remain compliant with all U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) guidance and regulations, as well as with all relevant laws.

About Our Team: Ethics/EEO Investigations & Regulatory Support provides expertise in investigations involving allegations of misconduct or potential violations of Sandia's Code of Ethics & Standards of Conduct, policy, process, and values, such as EEO-protected categories and concerns, personal conflicts of interest, or waste, fraud and abuse. We also serve as the designated Laboratories interface with the DOE Office of Enforcement and the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board, providing Sandia with experts in compliance with DOE's nuclear safety, worker safety and health, and classified information security regulations. Posting Duration: This posting will be open for application submissions for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days, including the 'posting date'. Sandia reserves the right to extend the posting date at any time. Security Clearance: Sandia is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications. Applicants for employment need to be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. If you hold more than one citizenship (i.e., of the U.S. and another country), your ability to obtain a security clearance may be impacted. Applicants offered employment with Sandia are subject to a federal background investigation to meet the requirements for access to classified information or matter if the duties of the position require a DOE security clearance. Substance abuse or illegal drug use, falsification of information, criminal activity, serious misconduct or other indicators of untrustworthiness can cause a clearance to be denied or terminated by DOE, resulting in the inability to perform the duties assigned and subsequent termination of employment.
