The Center for Excellence in Disabilities at West Virginia University Research Corporation is currently accepting applications for a WIPA Intake Specialist/Employment Support. About the Opportunity The purpose of this position is to provide coordination, referral assistance, and link individuals to Community Work Incentive Coordinators (CWIC). As a WIPA Intake Coordinator/Employment Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for the Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) Program. You will be responsible for interviewing all program participants, completing the appropriate program enrollment process/documents and providing participants with information and materials about the services offered. Responsibilities include supporting the WIPA Team with daily activities such as processing paperwork, faxing information to outside providers, telephonic customer service, documenting in electronic charts and complex data entry. Will also provide job-seeking assistance to clients participating in the Disability Employment Services program, and additional projects as assigned.
