Shift Supervisor - 2nd shift

Job Title: Shift Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Hourly Rate: $25.00/hr

Shift Time: 2nd Shift, Sunday-Thursday (2:45 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)

Location: West Chester, OH

Indeed Flex is hiring a Shift Supervisor for one of their manufacturing clients in West Chester, OH.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in a manufacturing plant
• 1 year of supervisory role experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
• IT skills, especially using data analysis software
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Able to create and adhere to production processes
• Able to write reports legibly and accurately

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organize training and educational manuals for the production team
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintain communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• Ensure the flow of raw materials and other resources
