Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 3 years administrative or business experience, or a minimum 5 years of administrative or business experience is required.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Supporting our Range Systems Business Segment located in Orlando, FL, you'll have the opportunity to support engineers, business and other staff. This talented group of people create products that train our US Army warfighter how to be successful in their job prior to being in the field.

Utilizing your strict adherence to confidentiality, dedication to a job well done and strong organizational skills, you'll provide general administrative support to managers and their staff. You'll manage the calendars, meeting and travel schedules and associated arrangements, expense and time reporting, and other responsibilities to relieve them of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities. What you bring to the table:
  • A High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 3 years administrative or business experience, or a minimum 5 years of administrative or business experience
  • Ability to manage frequently changing schedules and appointments as well as coordinate multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter who can apply discretion when dealing with sensitive information/situations

Target salary range: USD $26.00/Hr. - USD $28.00/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
