Department Information The Enterprise Innovation Institute is Georgia Tech's economic development arm, comprised of more than a dozen programs. It's the largest and most comprehensive university-based program of its kind in the United States. Job Summary
Collect and analyze space-related data, and prepare routine and ad hoc narrative and graphical reports describing the information, findings, and conclusions from data for institutional and other purposes. Prepare various annual reports and data submissions to the University System of Georgia and other state agencies and other campus reports. This position will interact on a regular basis with: staff. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 - Collect, verify, and analyze data; prepare and communicate results.
Job Duty 2 - Respond to requests for space-related information from within and outside Georgia Tech.
Job Duty 3 - Assist in providing building data for the annual Building, Land, and Lease Inventory of Property (BLLIP). Assist in collecting and maintaining data for the annual Projected Square Footage Report for the University System of Georgia.
Job Duty 4 - Assist in defining user data needs.
Job Duty 5 - Assist campus units to ensure validity of space data being collected.
Job Duty 6 - Assist in forecasting space needs based on current space inventory and projected new and expanding academic and research programs.
Job Duty 7 - Assist in the collection and reporting of Key Performance Indicators.
Job Duty 8 - Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience Four to five years of job related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications Preferred skills and experience preferred include working knowledge of database software, scheduling software, computer-aided design software, operating system software - specifically, Excel, Banner, Event Management System, INSITE, and Adobe Suite
Preferred Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Analytics or related field
Preferred Experience Four to five years of research university/higher education experience, analytics experience or research experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
SKILLS This position requires working knowledge of Excel to include formulas, charting (graphics, and pivot tables. Ability to integrate excel with other software tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requests and needs.

Salary range: $65,000.00 and $75,000.00 Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA) Job grade: A9 This is not a supervisory position. This position does not have financial responsibilities.
