Plan and direct the financial planning, accounting and reporting functions within a college or an academic related or business unit in accordance with Institute financial policies. May include responsibility for research fund accounting functions. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit management, faculty and staff; research sponsors and auditors. This position typically will advise and counsel: unit management and faculty. This position will supervise: financial/administrative staff. Responsibilities
