Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

HR Specialist

Position Summary

Responsibilities:



  • Plan People Team Town Halls and various People Team connection events
  • Assists Manager and HR Planning in obtaining content for presentations and meetings with People Leaders focused on enabling strategy execution
  • Direct point of contact for HQ audits on policies, guidelines, processes, etc.
  • Provides project management support under the direction of the Manager, HR Planning across Performance Enablement & Talent programs
  • Maintain annual People Team milestone calendar. Ensure all milestones are tracked with accuracy


Requirements:



  • Advanced Excel skills and formulas are critical.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relative experience (HR, Planning, Coordination, etc.)
