The Clinical Research Division is seeking an Office Worker to assist with clinical trial file management. This temporary position will work with group leaders to assess physical (paper) files in storage and following established guidelines package for transport to long term storage. This project must be completed by June 30, 2024. This position will be on campus.



Responsibilities

The incumbent will work under direct daily supervision on the following tasks. Non-routine decisions will be referred to a supervisor.

Job Duties:

    Perform filing, file review and appropriate labeling and packaging of files for off-sight, long-term storage.
  • May perform minimal and basic typing, word processing or data entry.
  • May perform basic department-specific clerical tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduation or GED.
  • Minimum of six months entry-level office experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to lift boxes weighing up to 15 pounds multiple times a day.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $20.00 to $25.45 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
