Job Description

This role will be a key contributor to the implementation and support of Workday in our business. We are seeking candidates that have experience managing data and processes in HRIS systems and wish to grow their skill set as we implement additional functionality and employee populations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day System support for Workday HCM, Benefits, Reporting, and Compensation
  • Oversee administration of Workday business processes to include best practice of system setup; oversee correction work when required, and drive consistent practice among customers
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to define business requirements and build appropriate reporting and metrics
  • Establish and maintain user system access, roles, and permissions
  • Lead data validation activities including analysis, documentation, and conversion of current systems and data
  • Manage new Workday releases, researching new functionality and recommending enhancements as applicable
  • Monitor vendor interfaces, including integration points, interface processing, error identification and resolution
  • Execute mass loading of data through Workday EIB
  • Implement business processes that are designed for a simple end user experience and reduced errors. Build controls into the system to allow for auditing and other sustainability activities
  • Ensure user ease of adoption through change management activities. Collaborate with other team members to review training and change management needs with all projects. Facilitate system training and communication as needed
  • Lead projects including leading meetings, providing regular project updates, and adhering to project deadlines
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration.
  • 1+ years of HRIS or related experience, Workday experience preferred.
  • 2-4 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel (pivot tables and lookup functions)
  • Highly responsive to business and customer needs
  • Ability to influence the adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage and work to bring clarity through ambiguity and complexity and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service attitude; a team player.

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $53800.00 to $121100.00 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 10% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company's performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 160 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
