As part of the Catering Operations team at WPC Dallas, you'll embark on a full-time journey where you'll receive comprehensive training across all facets of our operations. Your role will involve providing essential support in overseeing business activities and program administration, serving as a vital point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise team members in alignment with organizational policies and legal guidelines Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt and friendly resolution of any concerns Lead the recruitment, training, and development of employees Assist in planning and directing operations, while evaluating performance and addressing issues as they arise Maintain oversight of facility operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Fulfill any other duties as required Qualifications: Ideally possess an Associate's Degree 1-3 years of relevant experience Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality practices, with an interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices ServSafe Certification is a plus Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!
