Responsibilities We are looking for an analyst with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. This Compensation Analyst will be part of a core Human Resources department that supports the entire enterprise. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best and apply your technical and analytical skills to design and deliver base and variable pay structures and processes that align with our business goals and values. You will also be involved in supporting our broad-based compensation programs, sales compensation operations, and payroll quality & compliance. You will work closely with HR partners, business leaders, and employees to ensure our compensation programs are fair, competitive, and motivating.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $58,345 - $75,000 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
