This role will take incoming technical support calls or respond to request to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications, network, hardware and software issues. Support restaurant managers and franchise home IT staff to keep the restaurants running as efficiently as possible. The Helpdesk handles software, hardware and networking issues as they arise.
