JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Campaign Coordinator is a key contributor to the flawless implementation of client campaigns across myriad tactics (ex: content / digital experience, email, SEM, social, display, TV, radio, OOH, etc.). - Serve as a key contributor to the flawless execution of all assigned client campaigns
- The primary function of this role is to manage campaign traffic sheets and distribution of materials to both internal & external parties
- Manage internal/external communication with both outside vendors and internal team members (Account, Creative, Technology, and Project Management) to ensure clarity of instructions and on-time delivery of tasks and materials
- Contribute to campaign set-up, creative asset review, confirmation, and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with Project Managers in development and management of internal timelines, materials specifications, and delivery details
- Support Campaign Planners in the aggregation of information and development of innovative campaign strategies
- Support Campaign Management and Optimization team members in managing day-to-day campaign execution
- Support Data Analysis and Performance Reporting staff in developing internal and client deliverables
- Support department leadership in managing internal team communication and event coordination
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Media Supervisor regarding all facets of job responsibility
- Regularly manage time and workload in accordance with company expectations and within defined scope
- Learn and follow all applicable company processes and policies
- Contribute positively to the company’s collaborative working culture
- Be a high-quality representative of The Basement and the Media department in interactions with partners, clients, and fellow staff
- Take advantage of and seek out learning opportunities to gain insight and experience in an ever-changing, digital environment
- Possess strong attention to detail, initiative, stellar organizational skills, and the need to over-communicate
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and effective at autonomously managing their time to complete tasks as assigned. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (ex: business, marketing, advertising and/or technology)
- Interest in building a career in the marketing or advertising space
- 0 - 2 years of experience working in a marketing, advertising, or related role
- Strong attention to detail

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working on multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Experience with campaign traffic coordination
- Relevant platform experience and/or certifications (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.)
