We are looking for a Human Resource Director with experience leading strategic and operational human resource activities. The chosen candidate will lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver a broad range of HR initiatives and programs across our manufacturing, technological, and commercial footprint in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. The successful candidate will have experience across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines and will have responsibility to improve organizational capability, drive culture change, define organizational needs, determine development needs and strategy, assess hiring needs, resolve employee issues, and contribute to the achievement of the strategic and operating plan objectives. Based ideally in Atlanta, GA and reporting to the VP Human Resources, this role has frequent interactions with senior leadership within Markem-Imaje and Dover Corporation, our parent company.
