If you have previous experience operating a plate roller, Advantage Resourcing is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Pineville, LA. This opportunity is with a company specializing in metal fabricating, welding, machining, blasting, painting, crane services, and themed Metals. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Manufacturing Associate should possess a strong understanding of core engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements for a Manufacturing Associate:



  • Experience operating a plate roller to bend metal
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure and interpreting shop drawings/blueprints
  • Familiarity with using a radius gauge
