Position Overview

The Stanley eCommerce team is growing, and we are seeking an eCommerce Associate, who will be responsible for executing projects that deliver sales targets and maximize market share on Amazon. This role will own new item launches, content strategies and catalog management, while regularly collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing and Creative. What You'll Do



  • Project manage new item set up process, which would include developing a launch strategy, curating content, and providing necessary information required
  • Lead and execute projects (form setups, scrubs, promotion initiatives, data readouts, ad hoc projects, etc.), with input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement and execute a 'best in class' consumer experience on Amazon by elevating our brand and product visibility onsite
  • Have a creative eye in bringing our brand to life onsite through the creation of detail page assets, advertising content and building out brand stores
  • Promotional account support including promotional review, inventory management, tracking and submission
  • Analyze data and glean insights from available resources to drive business opportunities and develop strategic activities to realize growth opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with creative, marketing, and commercial teams as needed to accomplish tasks that will improve the consumer experience online
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help grow our eCommerce business
  • Consistently 'walk the store' to identify issues onsite and bring them to full resolution
  • Use internal budget management tools to help submit, track and review business plans, and updating product costs and discrepancies resolutions
  • Report to: Ecommerce National Account Manager, Amazon

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in retail eCommerce; Amazon 1P experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint



Salary Range

$75,000 - $85,000 Annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
