Overview

DecisionPoint prides itself on delivering efficient, effective solutions across a wide range of industries. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our program management team. We're currently searching for an experienced Program Manager (PM) to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The PM will provide program management and oversight to all projects and tasks within the scope of this contract.

This is a hybrid position and includes SIPR duties.



Duties & Responsibilities

    Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Ensure overall integrity, security and redundancy of project assets
  • Submit all deliverables in accordance with the PWS schedule
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Staffing, planning, and people management
  • Providing oversight of all tasks and projects within the scope of the contract
  • Provide and prepare documents such as point papers, briefings, and meeting minutes related to the status and performance of projects
  • Provide administrative technical support to the other tasks in preparation of deliverables
  • Day-to-day contract performance and contractor employee oversight
  • Ensure contractor personnel are appropriately engaged with government counterparts on those efforts requiring collaboration


Qualifications

  • Work closely with Program Management Office, cross-functional teams, and assigned Team Leads to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Build and maintain project schedules to track internal tasks, durations, task flows, task interdependencies, predecessors, successors and milestones using Microsoft Project
  • Establish management controls such as milestones, metrics and management reviews to monitor and report program status
  • Input, update, maintain and monitor IT project information in a portfolio management tool
  • Systematically review task area products to ensure each deliverable meets or exceeds government standards. All work shall be compliant with appropriate DoD-approved architectures, program standards, and guidelines
  • Identify high-risk task area activities and developing mitigation strategies to meet emerging or unexpected problems for government review
