Job Description:

WORK LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR

Core Purpose:
This position researches, identifies, and implements key sustainable procurement projects that help Entegris move towards our sustainability goals and strengthen our supply chain. Based in Hillsboro, OR, this position will work closely with site team members to learn and develop projects.

This is a Fall Co-op, running from June-December.

In this role, you will:
Learn about Entegris and manufacturing process at Hillsboro and connect with teammates to understand problem statements and implement successful solutions.

Key project 1: Assist in developing a product end-of-use strategy for Hillsboro products and packaging, with goal of minimizing waste and implementing circularity.
* Understanding end-of-use at customers
* Identifying opportunities for circularity
* Identifying vendors and supplier ecosystem for reclaim, recycle and reverse supply chain
* Developing recommendations and implementing solutions

Key project 2: In partnership with EHS, update inventory of all site manufacturing waste streams
Identify circular options for several waste streams or options to minimize waste
* Choose one (at least) option to implement.
* Summarize findings and present along with recommendations to share best practices between Entegris sites.
* Assist on other procurement projects to strengthen supply chain performance
