Job Type TemporaryDepartment ElectionsAbout the Position As our temporary Admin Services Office Clerk for the Candidate Services division, you will assist candidates with filing for County candidates. This includes providing customer service, checking in guests, and scheduling appointments. You will support the candidate filing process by accepting paperwork, checking forms for completion, and maintaining organized files of accepted forms. This position is responsible for scanning documents and sorting files digitally to back-up hard copy records. You will also count signatures and perform data entry into various systems. This position helps candidates and other stakeholders navigate the candidate filing process.
