As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing procurement strategies and operations through data-driven insights and recommendations. Working within the Procurement department, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and leverage data to optimize sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes. Your analyses will support critical business decisions, drive cost efficiencies, and elevate the procurement function's contributions to the business.



  • Identifying, capturing, analyzing, and managing procurement-related data.
  • Supporting information governance activities.
  • Discovering how data can be used to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Performing data analysis and conceptualizing, modeling, and presenting information.
  • Manipulating data to uncover trends and insights.
  • Creating dashboards, databases, tables, and views.
  • Contributing to data-driven decision-making and planning.
  • Supporting and enabling key decisions, business processes, and solution development and management.
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an analytical position, or relevant industry work experience preferred.
  • Experience using data visualization tools preferred, with developing skills in data modeling.
  • Analytical skills, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, and Python.
  • Familiarity with database queries and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, M, Python, R, MATLAB).
  • Ability to articulate and solve problems and answer questions with data.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and tell compelling stories.
  • Ability to work with and across teams and foster a cooperative and efficient working environment.
  • Ability to empathize with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to turn data analysis and insights into recommendations.
  • Ability to actively listen and leverage curiosity to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Embraces continuous learning to adapt and grow in the face of changing tools, techniques, and procurement practices.
  • Ability to be creative, adaptable, pragmatic, and committed.


Work Environment:



  • Exposure to computer screens.
  • Required hybrid work schedule, at least 3 days/week in office.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
