Job Type UnclassifiedDepartment Human ResourcesAbout the Position The Director of HR Technology Operations partners closely with HR to design and analyze business processes, recommend and deploy new HR IT solutions, manage HR data within various systems, resolve system issues, and lead enterprise change management efforts. The Director of HR Technology Operations must have a strong service orientation, sound project management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects/initiatives concurrently. Strong interpersonal relationship skills are necessary for working successfully with other groups across the organization. You will collaborate with members of our HR Services team, HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, IT departments, and other stakeholders to deliver system solutions that will help our organization become more efficient and effective.
