2-YearDevelopmentProgram Structure:

First year: Rotationaltraining

Youareplacedatone of our 11USManufacturingPlantsandwill receivehands-onmanufacturing training throughtheentirefiber-cementmanufacturingprocess in addition to development of key professional skills

Projects:selectandcompletestrategic projectsusing the skills acquired during your first year

Second year:

Aftersuccessfulcompletion ofyourfirstyear,youwillbepromotedandassignedto aspecificprocessorroleacrossone of our 11 U.S.plants (Waxahachie, TX; Cleburne, TX; Fontana; CA, Reno; NV, Tacoma; WA (2), Peru; IL, Pulaski; VA, Prattville, AL; Plant City, FL; Summerville, SC; Westfield, MA)

Education/Expectations Required:

  • Authorized to workintheU.S.
  • Demonstratedworkethicthroughpastco-oporinternship,preferred
