THE JOB

As an In Room Dining Busperson, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our esteemed guests. Working within the prestigious guidelines set by Forbes, you will assist in ensuring that every aspect of in-room dining service is executed flawlessly, from table setup to presentation and cleanup. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to providing outstanding service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests and uphold the distinguished reputation of our establishment.

DAY TO DAY

  • Coordinate closely with the in-room dining team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms.

  • Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guest rooms safely and efficiently, following designated service routes and protocols.

  • Assist guests with any additional requests or special accommodations, demonstrating a proactive and accommodating attitude.

  • Clear tables and trays from guest rooms promptly after meal service, ensuring a discreet and efficient cleanup process.

  • Handle dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils with care, following proper sanitation procedures and Forbes guidelines.

  • Monitor and replenish in-room amenities, such as water bottles, condiments, and linens, to enhance the guest experience.

  • Communicate effectively with the in-room dining team and other hotel staff to coordinate service and address any guest concerns or feedback.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations.

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all in-room dining areas, including guest rooms and service stations.

  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and adherence to Forbes standards.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect for guest privacy at all times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays, and on-call

  • Must be 21 years or age or older
