THE JOB:

As an International Executive Host, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exemplary duties. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Evaluate and monitor customers' casino activities to offer tailored incentives.
  • Authorize comps and allowances like rooms, meals, event tickets, and more, within set limits.
  • Foster the growth of the property's customer base through active engagement and interaction.
  • Welcome customers from specific regions at check-in and check-out, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.
  • Extend marker authorization limits to eligible customers, if permitted.
  • Represent the company at special events, enhancing marketing efforts and customer relations.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of customer information, adhering to privacy policies.
  • Address and resolve customer disputes, aiming for a resolution that pleases both the customer and the company.
  • Stay compliant with local laws and regulations, including Title 31, and participate in all required compliance training.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum Age Requirement*: Must be at least 21 years old
  • Sales Expertise: At least one year of experience in sales, demonstrating the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in two languages, enabling effective communication in a diverse international environment.
  • Educational: Possession of a Bachelor's degree, or alternatively, four years of experience in sales or hospitality.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and managing projects.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to various situations and challenges that come with an international setting.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on providing exceptional service to create a memorable experience for guests.
