The role: The Sr. Talent Development Program Manager plays a vital role in cultivating a high-performance culture focused on individual and team growth, inclusive leadership and organizational health. Reporting to the head of Talent Development, they will be an advocate and key driver for talent programs and solutions across SoFi Technologies. They will collaborate with other People team members and leaders across the company to understand the talent and leadership ecosystem; create and/or iterate pathways and programs that enable a high performing culture that fosters inclusion and continuous learning. They will be responsible for managing, improving and executing new and existing efforts related to talent review and succession planning, as well as leadership development and retention.
