At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. This position is responsible for facilitating all aspects of talent development and engagement, Human Capital (HC) special projects, and cross-functional support including planning of project, execution, and post-activity evaluation.

A day in the life of a HC Activity Manager may including, but not limited to:
* With limited direction and guidance from management, assists HC management on
coordination of organizational development activities.
* Administers/facilitates HC project or function-specific programs.
* Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching/team coaching, observing/tracking performance, adding key insights to enhance delivery, and delivering content in group forums utilizing a variety of methods/techniques.
* Perform as an instructor in specialized content areas of HC related discipline.
* Perform individual and group assessments and recommend process and performance improvements.
* Participates in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities.
* Initiates activities and implements resolutions to problems with varying degrees of complexity
that affect the respective organization.
* Foresees areas needing improvement or modification.


Basic Qualifications


* Intermediate Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 6 or more years of relevant experience.
* Intermediate Grade 19: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 6 or more years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively interact with and convey information to company personnel and management.
* Confident public speaker with knowledge of up-to-date tools and resources needed to support a high performing team.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment with attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and more importantly Excel).


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Intermediate Level Grade 18: $104,175 - $131,425
* Intermediate Level Grade 19: $114,475 - $144,325

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
