Social Worker - Cardiac Rehab Job Ref: 29419 Category: Social Work Location: Emerson Hospital, 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Cardiac Rehab Schedule: Part Time Shift: Day shift Hours: remote except monthly meeting 11-12 wed Job Summary Reporting to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager, the social worker's role is to help the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team, the participants, spouses, and significant others to integrate the educational/exercise component of heart disease with a support process that includes attention to the emotional/family/vocational/stress management components. Minimum Qualifications Education None specified Experience Master of Social Work (MSW) Experience in counseling patients required Licensure and/or Certification LICSW preferred LCSW required BLS Healthcare provider required Skills Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Computer skills required. Ability to maintain confidential information.
