About Us

We at Hexacomb specialize within the specialty cardboard business of honeycell cardboard as well as manufacturing display board, Falconboard. We are a market leader with multiple plants across the united states.

Job Summary

Provide superior service to customers. Responding to customer needs, pricing updates, freight rates, allocations, delivery dates, entering new orders, arranging trucks, and monitoring status of current orders. Hours are 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Job Responsibilities



  • Receive, process and track assigned orders through to scheduling. Work with planning and production to ensure order completeness, on time delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Communicate significant information regarding customer accounts to internal departments and include sales reps.
  • Serve as a link between the customer, sales, and production teams.
  • Maintain organized customer files.
  • Scheduling trucks for pickup.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints including billing issues and inform the manager, planning, or production supervisor.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Position requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of previous work experience in a customer service role with handing customer orders.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle detail-oriented tasks and review multiple documents and reports.
