EisnerAmper is seeking a Staff Consultant - Program Administration to assist with implementation of large, multi-faceted projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously. Assists the team through all phases of a program including strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other contract requirements.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, public administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination preferred.
  • Interested in and/or pursuing Project Management Institute's (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • 1+ years of Consulting and/or Client support experience is preferred.
  • Large Program and/or Project experience in strategic initiatives, business operations, information technology, Federal or State Programs, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and project management skill capabilities.
  • Ability to understand legal and/or federal guidelines and contribute to Program Design and Policy Environment deliverables.
  • Ability to utilize data and contribute to solutions to optimize programs / projects / processes.
  • Ability to contribute to showing progress quickly and operationalize programs / projects efficiently.
  • Ability to contribute to the design and implementation fiscal controls and program / project governance.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of financial and operational reporting and forecasting models for individual programs or projects.
  • Ability to research and review relevant regulations and policies that support program administration.
  • Ability to perform effectively, efficiently and with quality under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with federally funded grants management and reporting, including FEMA, HUD, Broadband, IIJA, and ARPA, is desired.
  • Ability to assume ownership of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit team.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capacity for quickly understanding new concepts, workflows, and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and proactive nature.
  • Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Works in a highly organized manner, independently or within a team, in a fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities:



  • Under direct supervision, assists the team through all phases of a program including work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget and other contract requirements.
  • Delivers client services including, but not limited to:

    • Drafting program policies and procedures
    • Contributing to the design of application workflows
    • Analyze data gathered and propose strategies of program implementation
    • Implement and maintain prescribed reporting systems
    • Reviewing applicable documentation to ensure compliance with administrative, financial, programmatic, policy, and legal regulations and requirements.


  • Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and keeps current on compliance-related areas.
  • Assists with the implementation of and ensures adherence to proper workflow, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensures engagements and special assignments are accomplished within the approved budget and on time, along with managing team resources in an efficient and effective manner to meet productivity and realization goals, along with scheduling internal and external activities.
  • Ensures that the scope of work is completed to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that quality, financial, risk management, business and policy expectations are met.
  • Communicates and works with the team on a variety of issues potentially including progress and status, scope, schedule and budget as well as progress of deliverables, client reviews, technical input, and comment resolution.
  • Participates in the collaboration with external agencies, if required, and other stakeholders as needed to enable successful development and implementation of complex project workflow and processes.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and keeps current on compliance-related areas.
  • Participates in the preparation of deliverables/reports for review by the Manager or Team Lead that include any noted issues, trends and other micro/macro level risks identified through the execution of projects activities.
  • Provides support on other consulting projects, not related to program administration, as necessary.
  • Maintains required CPE hours for firm and licensing standards.
  • Remote work will be considered

Other Duties:



  • Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external parties. Prioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional and cooperative manner.
  • Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve service, and work processes. Assists in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • May assist co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service and demonstrating team work skills. Actively supports teamwork throughout the organization.
  • Perform other services as assigned.


Other Considerations:



  • May periodically travel and work from different company locations.
  • May be required to work overtime, and/or on weekends as needed.
  • Must arrive at EisnerAmper offices or client locations in a timely manner and be ready to perform job responsibilities.
