Senior Sales Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee access (tracking badge access; issuing temporary badge access when appropriate)
  • Manage PO Distribution for all Branches
  • Administer Daily Assignments for AMA coverage/ calendar
  • Daily Sales and Headcount Reporting
  • Updating and assigning accounts prior to orders
  • New hire & Termination Paperwork
  • Maintain working file for all Sales personnel
  • Maintain Vacation Requests and time Cards for all Sales personnel.
  • Managing Vendor Meetings/Lunch and Team Events
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting various data in relation to Sales and staffing.
  • Manage Training Calendar/Roster
  • Support Sales Managers is various administrative requests/reporting
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Strong leadership experience, abilities and/or qualities (lead by example).
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent PC skills required in MS Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required.
  • Must maintain confidentiality.
