Job Description: Specialty Laboratory Technologist Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Coagulation, and knowledge of Blood Bank. Must be proficient in the performance of manual differentials, cell counts on body fluids, and urine microscopy. Must perform Quality control and maintenance procedures as required. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Education Requirement: NYS Licensed Medical Technologist BS Degree in Science ASCP preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Must possess vast knowledge of blood bank procedures, as well as Chemistry, Hematology Proficient in performing manual differentials, and fluid cell count differentials, urine microscopy Schedule Notes: 4PM-12AM, ALERNATING WEEKENDS, 5 DAYS A WEEK Equiliem Healthcare specializes in staffing clinical, non-clinical, and allied personnel.
