Job Summary
The Najafi lab (www.najafilab.org) has multiple openings for Research Technicians 1, 2 or 3 to assist with experiments in the field of systems and behavioral neuroscience. We use mice to understand the neural circuits that generate and update predictions about our rapidly changing world. We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organized applicant to fill in this position. The applicant must commit to a minimum of 2 years. Preference is given to applicants who can commit for longer. Perform a variety of technical activities required for conducting tests and experiments in a school or research laboratory within the Institute. Includes data collection and analyses, experiment preparation and equipment setup and operation. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: academic and research faculty, co-workers.
