Provide IT service support through monitoring and troubleshooting computer systems, networks and related infrastructure within the Office of Information Technology Network Operations Center (NOC). Work under general supervision from shift supervisor or manager. May provide work direction to lower level Data Center Specialists. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: other NOC staff members, system users. This position typically will advise and counsel: system users, lower level staff members.
