A/R Specialist

We are seeking a strong-willed and results driven A/R Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Log into the bank every morning to retrieve bank information on wires & lockbox received that prior day and the same day. Balance daily reports from funds received.
• End of month processes include run Trial Balance Report, print statements from SAP, print Audit Letters.
• Update daily/monthly reports as needed. Email out statements from SAP.
• Update weekly past due report to provide to regional sales managers.
• Work with customer service on past due invoices & customer inquiries.
• Research and provide updates in meetings with General Accounting Manager and Financial Manager.
• Join meetings with international customers as needed.
• Back up receptionist as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must know and comply with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC Code of Conduct, Hensley Environmental Policies, Hensley Safety Policies and Hensley Quality Policies.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in related field
• SAP experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Detailed Oriented
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
