Website and List-serv Manager PPH-Domestic-Core-IZ Full Time 78017BR Job Summary The Website and List-serv Manager is responsible for organizing and updating websites for the California Department of Public Health, Immunization Branch. The position requires skills as a seasoned, experienced website and list-serv manager to develop new websites/pages/functionality and manage listserv communications/lists. The specialist serves as a technical lead for website content management systems, user-experience, email marketing systems, and ADA remediation-ensuring that websites and resources comply with the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Overall this position requires creative administrative and strong organizational skills, high-level technical knowledge, the ability to communicate effectively and function independently. The incumbent must have experience in health communications, demonstrate a full understanding of industry practices and organization policies and procedures, and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. It is a unique multidisciplinary and cross-institutional enterprise, formally set up within the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics in UCSF's School of Medicine. In July 2004, IGH became an Organized Research Unit (ORU) at UCDF. IGH, now the Prevention and Public Health Group (PPHG), seeks to improve health worldwide, especially in developing countries, through research that informs policy.
